The flat is ideal for 2 guests. It has one double bed, a practical fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary kitchenware (pots, pan, utensils) and a modern bathroom with a confortable shower. The apartment is on the 7th floor and reached via lift until 6th and 13 stairs for the 7th floor.

There is hot water 24/7 through an installed solar panel. The mattress of the bed and the pillows are hypoallergenic. Netflix is available for your entertainment . To facilitate and ameliorate your stay, a series of amenities like shampoo, body soap etc are available for use. The household appliances available for use are a coffee maker, a toaster and a boiler. Moreover, there are converters/ adaptors for the plugs.

In the flat, you will find maps of Athens and Greece, restaurants' brochures, leaflets about organised tours, daily excursions around the Argosaronic golf and other kind of interesting activities. The whole apartment is equipped with soundproof windows for a quiet stay.
